3 regional areas you would like to represent (eg Blackpool, Lancashire, North West)

Parent/Guardian name & relation (if under 18)

A selection of photographs (these do not need to be professional!)
By submitting your entry email you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth by Royal UK Pageants.
Please note, applications without all the correct details and no photos will not be considered.
To confirm your place in the final there is a sponsorship fee of £230
Alternatively you can secure your place with 2 part payments of £115.
Please note there is a change in the prize package that is reflected in the new lower entry fee.
